- I have received wrong/faulty item, what should I do?
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to swarasheritage@gmail.com along with your order number.

- It's been quite a long, I didn't receive my product. What to do?
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. We usually ship the order from our warehouse within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 10-15 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to delivery issues.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our warehouse. So once it leaves our space, it will reach you :)

- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested, how to cancel?
The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.

-Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Instagram and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

-Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide!  

-How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 7-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!  

-May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email swarasheritage@gmail.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.  

Where can I track my order?
Your orders can be tracked on the shipment companies website. You will receive each and every detail of your order, tracking and shipment company on by text and email.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.  

How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.  

What happens if I type in the wrong address?
 If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at swarasheritage@gmail.com & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
